and forever changing. Now more than ever we have a vast array of evolving communication methods, each with their own tools and techniques.

We now see interactive moving from a rarified specialty channel to an attribute all channels must possess in some form or another. More and more, consumers want to interact with their media, and this phenomenon is only expanding as new technologies propel us headlong into a new era. The proliferation of smartphones and tablets means that "constant on" internet connectivity is now a reality, and upcoming technologies like Google TV are going to change the way we interact with our media even further.
